Tom Hinoul
Founder&Caretaker
Tom's roots lie in nursing, with a specialisation in orthopaedic care. He built his clinical expertise across the rehabilitation and operating theatre departments of a hospital, giving him a deep understanding of what surgeons and OR teams truly need.
He later moved into medical sales, representing leading companies such as Smith & Nephew and ZimmerBiomet.
That combination of hands-on clinical experience and commercial know-how is what drives Medi3S forward every day.
Ine Janssens
Caretaker & Driving Force
Ine is a registered nurse with specialisations in orthopaedic care and wound management.
She holds a Level 2 Prevention Advisor certificate and is qualified as an occupational health nurse — a rare and valuable combination in the medical field.
Her background spans locomotor rehabilitation and social nursing within a hospital setting.
Today, she leads Medi3S's home nursing services in and around Maaseik, bringing the same dedication to every patient she cares for.
